Hunnisucklebeads - Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on the Hunnisucklebeads website. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. These terms and conditions may change from time to time without notice to you and any changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
1. Ordering and Payment.
We at Hunnisucklebeads offer a full on-line ordering system through this website. The price that you pay for each item will be the price displayed in UK pounds on the website at the time your order is placed. This price will be clearly displayed on the order confirmation that is sent to the email address that you supplied when placing the order. When paying for your items using a credit/debit card you will be passed through to one of our payment providers
( Paypal, Google Checkout or Nochex ) to complete payment. This means that at no point do Hunnisucklebeads have any access to your credit/debit card details.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order we are happy to accept payments by post. Order as normal through the website and select the
"Payment by Post" option. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Debbie Hunn and posted to

Where payment is made by cheque or postal order, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
2. Cancellation.
You can cancel or amend your order at any time before the order is set to dispatch. If you wish to cancel or amend the order then you should do so in writing by replying to the confirmation email that you were sent when you placed your order. When we receive your instruction to cancel we will refund the money that you have paid in full.
Once an order has been dispatched we will be unable to accept a cancellation. At this point the terms and conditions relating to returns will apply covered in section 4.
Where the goods ordered have been commissioned or altered to your personal requirements there will be no option to cancel so please ensure that all the details of commissioned orders are correct at the time your order is confirmed.
3. Delivery and Dispatch
At Hunnisucklebeads we aim to dispatch orders of finished jewellery items and findings within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Bespoke items and alterations will be dispatched to the timetable agreed at the time the order is placed. Should there be any delay with any order we will keep you fully informed at all times.
Delivery to UK addresses will be by the following methods and at the price in the table in section 7 of the terms and conditions covering postage and packing costs.
Findings will be sent using Royal Mail first class post.
Finished jewellery will be sent out using Royal Mail and will require that someone will have to be at the delivery address as a signature will be required.
Delivery will only be made to the delivery address given at the time the order was placed unless notified and agreed in writing of a change prior to dispatch. Delivery will be said to be complete when the goods have been delivered to the agreed address and Hunnisucklebeads do not need to be satisfied that the person accepting the delivery at the stated address is either the buyer themselves or a person authorised by the buyer to accept the goods.
Delivery to addresses outside of the UK will be by whichever method is deemed to be the securest and most cost efficient for that particular country. The price will be set as per the table in section 7 of the terms and conditions covering postage and packing costs. The buyer will be notified of the method and timescale of delivery at the time of despatch. Delivery will be said to be complete when the goods have been delivered to the agreed address and Hunnisucklebeads do not need to be satisfied that the person accepting the delivery at the stated address is either the buyer themselves or a person authorised by the buyer to accept the goods.
4. Returns and Refunds.
Hunnisucklebeads hope you are totally satisfied with your purchased goods. We try to ensure that all descriptions and photographs used on the website are as accurate as possible. As all our jewellery is handmade using natural materials there may be some slight variations in the size, shape, colour and texture of the materials and this is not a valid reason for us to issue a refund.
If you wish to return any items for a refund or exchange we ask that you contact Hunnisucklebeads before doing so. This should be done through an email to Debbie@hunnisucklebeads.co.uk within 2 days of receipt of the item.
If you are returning items through no fault of the goods, then they must be returned within 14 days of receipt in there original condition and with the original packaging. Items must be returned at the buyers cost and it is highly recommended that they are returned using the same postage method as they were despatched as Hunnisucklebeads do not accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Postage and packing costs of the original delivery charge will only be refunded in the case of faulty items.
Please note that for Health and Safety reasons pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. We are also unable to offer a refund on bespoke items and personalised orders unless they are faulty.
5. Faulty Goods and your guarantee.
All Hunnisucklebeads goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch on condition that each item has been used appropriately and cared for in accordance with the advice details sent with the item. Should you have a complaint relating to a faulty item you should notify Hunnisucklebeads through an email to Debbie@hunnisucklebeads.co.uk. In the rare event that your goods should develop a fault within the guarantee period, Hunnisucklebeads reserve the right to arrange for an independant inspection of the goods. Should the result of the inspection show that the fault is not due to fair wear and tear but negligence or wilful damage then Hunnisucklebeads retains the right to charge £20 for the inspection to cover our costs. Both Hunnisucklebeads and the buyer both agree to be bound by the results or findings of the independant inspector.
6. Ownership.
Ownership of goods will pass from Hunnisucklebeads to the buyer on receipt of cleared funds regardless of whether delivery has taken place.

8. Privacy.
Hunnisucklebeads adhere strictly to the UK data protection act 1998. As such we will take all reasonable steps to keep your personal data safely and securely and will never, under any circumstances, pass on your details to another company or third party. Hunnisucklebeads do not hold any of your credit or debit card details and are not passed any of these details from any of our payment providers ( Google checkout, Paypal
and Nochex ).
9. Claims.
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be notified in writing to Hunnisucklebeads within 48 hours of the receipt of goods and we will not entertain claims made outside of this stated time limit.
