This creation by Hunnisucklebeads is called "Blue Crystal Drop".

These earrings have been made with hand cut crystal faceted blue beads as the initial and final beads. They also contain a smaller hand cut crystal faceted bead in a paler blue. Each of the beads used are topped and tailed with a 3mm silver plated spacer bead. The earring is hung from sterling silver ball and coil earwire. The overall drop is approximately 2.75 inches ( 7cm ).
