This creation by Hunnisucklebeads is called "Black Crystal Drop".

These earrings have been made with hand cut crystal faceted black beads as the final drop. They also contain a smaller hand cut crystal faceted bead in black and two dark silver coloured faceted beads. Each of the beads used are seperated from the next with a 3mm silver plated spacer bead. The earring is hung from a silver plated ball and coil earwire. The overall drop is approximately
3 inches ( 7.5cm ).
