This creation by Hunnisucklebeads is called "Silver Heart".

It is made up with large heart shaped silver plated drops each of which have three flower designs inside them.
The hearts measure 40mm from top to bottom and 35mm across there widest part.
The hearts are hung on silver plated ball and coil fish hook earwires.
